This delightfully crispy as well as chunky variation of the traditional chilly Spanish soup is as rejuvenating as it obtains. Tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, bell peppers, jalapeño peppers, scallions, and a lot of garlic float in a tasty tomato juice base.


INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can (46-ounce) tomato or vegetable juice, chilled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tbsps white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco sauce, to taste
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tool tomatoes, seeded as well as chopped
  • 1 tool red bell pepper, cored, seeded and also carefully chopped
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper, cored, seeded and also finely chopped
  • 1 tool green bell pepper, cored, seeded and also finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, carefully chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, carefully chopped
  • 1 huge cucumber, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 bunch scallions, white and also light eco-friendly component only, chopped
